Why hire a coordinator?

You want to handle most of the wedding planning process yourself, but want someone to take charge on your wedding day so you can enjoy it!

You want your family and friends to enjoy the wedding as guests instead of working!

You want to increase the level of organization and flow on your wedding day.

Your venue requires a Day of Coordinator.

Can you accommodate food allergies?

Absolutely! Please let us know about any known allergies of yours or your guests and we will do our best to accommodate or offer an alternative item.

How far do you travel?

We travel anywhere within Nashville and surrounding areas. For locations further than an hour away a small travel fee may be added.

What if my venue requires my planner or coordinator to have insurance or to be licensed?

Not a problem! We are fully licensed and insured and can provide that information to your venue!

Do you provide alcohol?

No. Any and all alcohol MUST be provided by the client. We can provide the bartenders and any mixers as well as non-alcoholic beverages. We are happy to assist in determining how much alcohol to purchase, if needed.
